The Maud Hart Lovelace reading contest is one of the activities Otter Lake readers participate in with other students of grade 3 through 8 in Minnesota. With this blog students may add comments and vote on their favorite Maud Hart Lovelace books read. Please only vote for one book but make as many comments as you like on the 12 different titles.

The Thing About Georgie by Lisa Graff
Georgie is a 4th graders with usual problems, like having to put up with Jeannie the Meanie; plus a unique one, being a dwarf.
A reading/voting opportunity for Minnesota students. Each year MYRA (MN Young Readers Association) chooses 12 books for elementary students to read and then vote for their favorite book. An award is then given to the author of the winning book. Read the selections and then vote below.
